How the website sends an enquiry

The current form prepares your information for sending through WhatsApp or your email application. The website does not silently save the completed form in its own customer database. Your information is transmitted only when you choose to continue in WhatsApp or email.

Purpose of use

SKAI may use the information you send to answer product questions, prepare quotations, assess farm requirements, discuss export availability and respond to dealership or distribution enquiries.

Third-party services

If you send an enquiry using WhatsApp or email, the relevant provider may process information under its own privacy terms. SKAI does not control those third-party services.

SKAI should limit access to people who need the information to respond to your enquiry. Information should not be sold. Enquiry records may be retained while a business discussion is active or where retention is reasonably required for legal, accounting or operational purposes.
